• Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Keep the prep area stocked with ingredients and supplies for breakfast plates, burgers, sandwiches,
our Monday fish fry and daily specials.
- Run the dishwasher and hand-wash pots, pans, utensils and prep tools.
- Clean and sanitize prep tables, sinks, shelves and kitchen equipment during and after each shift.
- Unpack and store food and kitchen supplies in the walk-in cooler, freezer and dry storage.
- Remove garbage and recycling, clean bins, and sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Education: Secondary high school graduation certificate
• Language: English
• Experience: Experience is an asset; on-the-job training will be provided
